Refund policy

The "Client" is any person (hereinafter the "Client") wishing to use the website accessible at the address papillescocktails.fr (hereinafter the "Site") to order one or more Products.

Papilles Cocktails SAS reserves the right to cancel an order if it is completely unavailable. The Client will be refunded the expenses incurred for this order, without any further compensation.

If Papilles Cocktails SAS mistakenly accepted an order that does not match the delivery area or delivery schedule, this order may be canceled by Papilles Cocktails SAS without incurring any liability. The Client will then be refunded the expenses incurred for this order, without any further compensation.

When placing an order, the Client agrees to provide accurate personal information. If the information provided does not allow the courier to deliver the order, Papilles Cocktails SAS reserves the right to cancel the delivery without refund or any compensation.

In the event of an error in the order received by the Client attributable to Papilles Cocktails SAS, Papilles Cocktails SAS undertakes to refund the amount of the undelivered Products without any further compensation.

In the event that Papilles Cocktails SAS fails to fulfill its delivery obligation, the Client may terminate the contract under the conditions of Article L. 216-2 of the Consumer Code. The Client will then be refunded the expenses incurred for the relevant order without any further compensation.
