Immediate boarding towards the sun. Tatie's Punch is an exotic cocktail that will undoubtedly make you travel (and maybe even dance!). Let yourself be tempted by this incredible combination of island flavors: a blend of 3 rums (white, spiced and overproof), the sweetness of tonka bean and vanilla, all contrasted by the spiciness of pepper and the crunchiness of passion fruit.
INGREDIENTS
Caribbean Rums • Water • Artisanal syrup (water + sugar) of Tonka beans, vanilla and spices • Passion fruit puree • Freshly squeezed lime juice
TIPS FROM D TASTING
Serve 10 cl of cocktail in a highball glass filled with ice and add half a slice of fresh or dried orange.
